Ship my own tumbler

Note this listing is for a tumbler that is provided by the customer  

Please reach out to me before placing an order to as some designs require additional charges. If you do not do so and the design requires an additional charge, you will be invoiced for the difference. Orders are nonrefundable. I can apply store credit to a future order. 

Shipping your tumbler instructions:

• Once order is placed give up to 12 hours to receive email with the shipping address to mail your tumbler to. 
• Tumbler must be completely clean and dry. 
• Securely box tumbler in appropriate sized box with plenty of packing materials to keep it safe during transit.
• Please respond to email with tracking information. This helps us stay on track with incoming tumblers! 

Disclaimer:

• I am not responsible for issues that arise due to pre-existing damage or wear on your tumbler.
• I allow up to 5 days to receive your tumbler. After that delay in shipment may result in a delay in turn around time.
• If you are applying your own decals, stickers, glitter, or other materials, please ensure they are waterproof and safe to be sealed under epoxy. I am not responsible for any damage to materials you applied yourself.

Food Grade coating is more fragile in extreme temperatures

Please note due to this item being homemade there may be some cosmetic imperfections. If you’re looking for a factory finish, Epoxy tumblers are not for you.
